MATTY MENCK

Matty Menck has been part of the international electronic music scene since the 1980`s. He started as a resident DJ of the legendary Kontor Club in Hamburg. Only a few years later he achieved his first gold and platinum records with Brooklyn Bounce, one of his early commercial projects.

Then Matty Menck started moving away from commercial sounds and since then he has gone back to his roots – House music. He has released various club hits on labels, such as Ministry Of Sound, Hed Kandi, Blanco Y Negro, Kontor, Joia or WePlay.

"Everybody Be Somebody”, a collaboration between Matty Menck and Thomas Gold, held top positions in many international charts and became one of the most successful dance tracks in 2009. This is one of many collaborations he has been a part of. Matty Menck has also worked with DBN, Jerry Ropero, D.O.N.S. and Terri B, just to name a few.

Matty Menck is the main resident DJ at the well-known house club Halo in Hamburg, one of Germany’s most successful House clubs. He also has a significant share in the radio station BASH.FM.
