Markus Gardeweg and Kontor Records belong together, just as Ren and Stimpy, Pinky and Brain or Gin and Tonic. He is not only the A&R manager of Germany's biggest imprint for dance music since its very first days, but he is also responsible for delivering a DJ mix to each edition of the successful Kontor compilation “Top of The Clubs”, one of the best-selling dance comps in Europe at all. And Markus Gardeweg also made a name for himself as the host of the “Kontor Radio Show”, too. Beside of that he has released several other mix albums as well, most remarkable a great compilation for Pacha.

Markus Gardeweg is one of Germany’s most successful House DJs, playing regularly all over Germany and also all over the world. He is also a big name as a producer; his biggest commercial success so far was his remake of the 80ies classic “25 Years” from “The Catch”. Several other big club hits and fantastic remixes for as likes as Lisa Stansfield, ATB, Yello and others followed.
